Amazing place and view! Perfect to chill with friends or couple in a big spacious villa. We loved our time there.

Laurent was checking me in by himself and walk me through the house (even I arrived quite late). His place is really nice and exactly as you see in the pictures. The bed is so comfy and all amenity is five star also the place is new. I will come back for a long stay.

we had a great stay at Laurent’s. he was very responsive to our queries, and his manager Art is super helpful! the place is very convenient, and is on a small lane so it is quiet. Lovely stay!

Les deux maisons sont superbes et la piscine très agréable. C’est un excellent lieu pour passer des vacances en grand groupe. Les infos sont très détaillées et sincères. La disponibilité de Laurent et Kiw est top!

If i could give six stars i’d do that too. Very wel equipped apartment. Quiet, enough space, nice bathroom, excellent kitchen, good TV. Host is very helpful and it was great that he managed to rent a scooter for us (as that is the most convenient way to get to see the island). I would certainly rent again if you come back to Koh Samui.

Very charming and clean place.

the pictures really don’t do this place justice. the space is incredible. location is up a steep hill but Laurent put us in touch with a few drivers who were very reliable and a fair price. there was 12 adults and 2 and there was so much space. the pool area is lovely and plenty of facilities. would definitely stay again

Laurent’s place is amazing, clean, simple and great value for money!
The pool is lovely and well maintained, the house itself has got everything you need, perfect internet connection and a thousand tv channels with something for everyone (if you do decide to watch )

The house is conveniently located, a few minutes away from pharmacies and 7 elevens, and under 10 minutes (by car) away from the main restaurants and attractions in Chaweng.

Laurent is always available and helps arranging scooters or cars delivered straight to the house AS WELL AS GREAT activities in Koh Samui

Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft genau wie im Inserat abgebildet. Laurent ist immer erreichbar und hat uns einen Fahrer für die Abholung vom Flughafen und einen Roller organisiert. Unterkunft bietet alles was man so braucht.
Einziges Manko, ein Streunerhund hielt sich sehr oft bei uns in der Villa auf, was nicht sehr angenehm ist, wenn man etwas Angst vor Hunden hat.

Thank you we all love the villa!!! The villa was amazing clean and beautiful! Just like the website! Would come back to visit again! But on this trip due to a building site next door, the loud nose started at 9am until 7pm ever day. So that was a disappointment, laying next to the pool with ppl building, some of us couldn’t sleep in or rest. Beside that, amazing villa and host!

Tout est parfait. Super belle villa. Magnifique piscine. 2 belles chambres, cuisine équipée. Lac de chaweng et plage très proche en vélo/scooter. Laurent est adorable et disponible. Je recommande ce logement à 100%, j’ai prolongé mon séjour.

Great place and great communication with Laurent. Excellent hospitality from his staff. Airport and daily transportation was taken care of, and housekeeping was great.

Absolutely gorgeous place and Laurent was really helpful with everything around the place. Highly recomend this place!

We couldn’t fault our stay, nothing was to big or to small for Laurent and his team. We had to arrive a day later and Laurent happily arranged our changes, organised us transfers to the ferry port and arranged a scooter for us for our stay. A lovely touch was one of the villas not in use had an amazing private pool which he was more than happy for us to use, his team were all very friendly whenever we met them. All this and a very reasonable price for the stay, perfectly paced in a quiet part of Koh Samui but close enough to visit Maenam or Chaweng beaches. Thank you again Laurent! We hope to visit again in the future.

Nice villa in one word. Especially for some big group to stay. We are having wedding in samui. We have in total 12people. The big garden, nice swimming pool, useful and wonderful. Meanwhile, two big room is very useful when you have like more than 10 people to stay. Inside of villa, everything is new and nice. Plus, great decoration, world-class! Despite of some small issue when storm hits the island, this is the place i recommend you to choice.
