We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in KHAMIN villa. What we loved:

– Helpful owner and all staff – in case of anything they were always around and willing to assist.
– POOL and terrace!! Amazing to chill when you stay at home.
– We stayed with 2 kids (including a baby) – baby cot & chair were provided.
– ACs in all rooms.
– Neighbourhood is private and calm.
– Location is convenient – 7 mins (with a car) to Chaweng & Boput beaches.
– Car parking was available near property.
– Kitchen fully equipped, washing machine.

Laurent was checking me in by himself and walk me through the house (even I arrived quite late). His place is really nice and exactly as you see in the pictures. The bed is so comfy and all amenity is five star also the place is new. I will come back for a long stay.

Great place and great communication with Laurent. Excellent hospitality from his staff. Airport and daily transportation was taken care of, and housekeeping was great.

Laurent is a great host! Super responsive, and communicative. He organised our scooter and a marine park boat trip quickly and efficiently. His workers are around the villas and they are very friendly and helpful.

Things we love,
1. It is very spacious! Large bed, many room for luggages, big sofas to chill on and watch TV. Massive bathroom.
2. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t cook but it is nice to know option is there.
3. Lovely peaceful street. Surrounding is very clean and gardens are well taken cared of, thanks to his workers.

A couple of things we didn’t like so much.
1. The semi-see through mesh curtains. While they are fantastic in letting the light in, we felt a bit lack of privacy and also we are sensitive sleepers, so the light outside, as well as day light did affect our sleep a little.
2. A baby snake sneaked in the bathroom one night. Don’t know how it got in. Maybe from the window we left open. I scooped it up and shoved it into bush nearby.

Nice villa in one word. Especially for some big group to stay. We are having wedding in samui. We have in total 12people. The big garden, nice swimming pool, useful and wonderful. Meanwhile, two big room is very useful when you have like more than 10 people to stay. Inside of villa, everything is new and nice. Plus, great decoration, world-class! Despite of some small issue when storm hits the island, this is the place i recommend you to choice.

Friendly staff living near the villa, so available all time.
Bike or car needed, its located on the hill between Chaweng and Bophut beaches.
So, finally we are very satisfied!!!

高性价比，就是如果没有交通工具，比如摩托，开车，会有一点不方便，总体不错，就是墙壁上渗水，防水似乎有点问题，

The apartment is located in a nice central area, close to restaurants and the night market, also a couple of big grocery stores in the neighborhood. The apartment itself is clean, looks modern and has everything you need for a stay on the island. Laurent provides excellent service, motorbike was already waiting for me at the apartment when I arrived. I had a nice stay there, and enjoyed the island, would definitely recommend!

Alles Top, sauberes Zimmer und top Service. Die Lage könnte jedoch rinbischen zentraler sein, sonst top!

Excellent séjour passé dans ce logement. Le studio est superbe et très bien placé. Laurent est un hôte à l’écoute, réactif et très gentil. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement

The villa is centrally located and was clean on arrival. Laurent had arranged for me to be picked up neatly from the airport and he was able to answer all my questions and was able to guide me well. I definitely recommend the villa in combination with Laurent to everyone. Thanks Laurent!

Had a nice stay at Laurent’s place. Nice and close to everything central, and the neighbourhood was fairly quiet. Well equipped , and felt clean. Laurent was very helpful with all aspects of the stay.

Few things to note would be the sheer curtains, they’re see through – so people next door and on the street can see in.. a little unsettling. The hot water also didn’t seem to work very well, and the cooktop was very slow… so a bit hard to cook a meal. Had a few cockroaches on the first night, but set some traps and didn’t have an issue after that.

All in all, it was a nice place to stay which was close to everything , and felt safe.

Great stay at the Villa, needed an accommodation last second due to ferry cancelations and Laurent was able to accommodate same day. Met us for check-in and even gave us a ride to the airport on our departure. Rented one of his scooters for a few days too.
