The place is really clean
Great kitchen, awesome shower, smart TV, comfortable furniture
The pool is massive and the outdoor in general is very beautiful
Would definitely recommend and come back

Laurent’s place was exactly like the pictures. He was there to greet, walked us through the house, and came to say goodbye in the early morning on our check out date. The place was very clean and good value for money. Apart from a fridge and a nice stove with oven, he provided a dishwasher, washing machine, a smart TV with Netflix, and an awesome sound Marshall speaker. Also, there were many parking spaces available. Our one week stay was enjoyable. The only small issue was the footstep noise from the upper room. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you so much, Laurent! 🙂

Laurent was an amazing host. The stay was outstanding, better than expected and the service from the workers was excellent. The house was cleaned on a daily bases and the staff were always helpful when requests were made. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there when returning to Koh Samui

Juste incroyable, vous hésitez avec une autre location croyez moi sur parole ne passez pas votre chemin. Tout est nickel de l’arrivée au départ en passant par les activités que l’hôte nous concocte, c’est simple on se croit à l’hôtel avec un accueil plus que chaleureux. Sans parler du service des femmes de ménages d’une gentillesse et de la presence de Lex le chauffeur dispo à tout heure jour comme nuit. Bon je vais vous laisser vous faire votre propre avis mais foncez à 1000%

Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft genau wie im Inserat abgebildet. Laurent ist immer erreichbar und hat uns einen Fahrer für die Abholung vom Flughafen und einen Roller organisiert. Unterkunft bietet alles was man so braucht.
Einziges Manko, ein Streunerhund hielt sich sehr oft bei uns in der Villa auf, was nicht sehr angenehm ist, wenn man etwas Angst vor Hunden hat.

Laurent war ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlichen Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder diese Unterkunft buchen wenn wir auf Koh Samui sind.

Great stay!! All round cracker

Had a great 2 weeks stay at this villa, the host was super friendly and very obliging, he offers car and scooter hire at very reasonable prices, the villa is extremely quiet and relaxing. There was free daily water provided, everything in the kitchen you could need and the pool was cleaned daily and big enough for a swim. The free pickup from the airport was really appreciated. The location of the villa is close to everything you need by car or scooter. We will return.

Nous avons séjourné 12 jours dans les villas. Nous étions avec des amis et avons occupé une villa par famille. Les villas sont magnifiques, décorées avec goût et très fonctionnelles. L’emplacement Est parfait car il permet de découvrir l’île facilement en scooter ou en voiture.
Les enfants ont adoré la belle piscine et le jacuzzi.
Laurent est très réactif, attentif à nos attentes et très facilement joignable !

Laurent was a great host, accommodated a late check out and arranged taxi collection for us from the ferry! Flat was lovely and very clean. Checkout was super easy. My only critiques would be that the shower didn’t have hot water and that the location of the flat is quite far from the Main Street – if you have a motorbike it’s no problem but we did get lost on foot the first night as we hadn’t sorted a bike yet.
Overall would defo recommend

Stunning villas for extended family of 14. Really appreciated the multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas and the ample sized pool.
Laurent is a very receptive and accommodating host, organising multiple airport pickups and different check in times.
Manager Kiw and his team were great, always smiling and very helpful, especially with booking transport (even on New Years Eve so we could watch fireworks on the beach). We had all our meals cooked for us – fresh produce, Thai food – couldn’t have asked for more. Freshly baked croissants for breakfast was a very nice touch too.
Location worked well for us – we liked being away from the crowded areas of Koh Samui.
Highly recommend.

Das Apartment von Laurent ist super gelegen 5-10 min zum Chaweng Beach, 7/11, Nightmarket und viele weitere Restaurants und Streetfood sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Ebenfalls bietet er eine Roller Verleih an was super praktisch ist somit verliert man keine unnötige Zeit.
Laurent hat den Status Superhost wirklich verdient er war stets hilfsbereit und hat mir das ein oder andere mal bei Problemen geholfen.

Very spacious and brand new villa in the middle of Bo Phut town. Only 10 minutes drive to the Bo phut beach and can be reached to other beaches in 15-30 minutes. Laurent and his partner are very kind and communication was very easy. Their staff was also very helpful.
A coffee maker, toaster, big LCD TV and big BT speaker, everything we needed was there.
We highly recommend this villa for a family vacation.
