Had a nice stay at Laurent’s place. Nice and close to everything central, and the neighbourhood was fairly quiet. Well equipped , and felt clean. Laurent was very helpful with all aspects of the stay.

Few things to note would be the sheer curtains, they’re see through – so people next door and on the street can see in.. a little unsettling. The hot water also didn’t seem to work very well, and the cooktop was very slow… so a bit hard to cook a meal. Had a few cockroaches on the first night, but set some traps and didn’t have an issue after that.

All in all, it was a nice place to stay which was close to everything , and felt safe.

该套房子靠近苏梅岛查汶海滩,大概车程为10分钟以内,如果有车倒还方便,房子很大,两套别墅,每套有4间房,我们一行3家,足够用了｡别墅内没有洗衣机,如果要求机洗要收费,这给人感觉不太好｡另外之前有人评价厕所下水道有味道的问题确实存在,有的房间好些,但有的房间确实很明显,希望房东能整改｡总的来说,一切都还好,性价比也还算高,适合一堆群人去自驾游｡

Две недели провели с супругом в гостях у Лаурента. Хозяин очень внимательный, очень быстро решал возникающие вопросы. Для комфортного пребывания в апартаментах потребуется байк или автомобиль, т.к. жильё находится в отдалении от всех активностей, но это плюс, есть возможность выспаться.
В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
В целом, жильё рекомендуем.

New modern villa with perfect garden and stylish interior.
Equipped with all necessary.
Friendly staff living near the villa, so available all time.
Bike or car needed, its located on the hill between Chaweng and Bophut beaches.
So, finally we are very satisfied!!!

Laurent is a great host! Super responsive, and communicative. He organised our scooter and a marine park boat trip quickly and efficiently. His workers are around the villas and they are very friendly and helpful.

Things we love,
1. It is very spacious! Large bed, many room for luggages, big sofas to chill on and watch TV. Massive bathroom.
2. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t cook but it is nice to know option is there.
3. Lovely peaceful street. Surrounding is very clean and gardens are well taken cared of, thanks to his workers.

A couple of things we didn’t like so much.
1. The semi-see through mesh curtains. While they are fantastic in letting the light in, we felt a bit lack of privacy and also we are sensitive sleepers, so the light outside, as well as day light did affect our sleep a little.
2. A baby snake sneaked in the bathroom one night. Don’t know how it got in. Maybe from the window we left open. I scooped it up and shoved it into bush nearby.

这次全家12晚的入住,很开心,房东和管家都非常的nice,给了我们很多的帮助｡房间每天都打扫的很干净,游泳池和花园每天也会打理,空间够大,我们15人入住,都一点没觉得挤,下次来苏梅,还会选择这栋别墅,而且性价比很高｡

Loved my stay at Khamin Pool Villa.
Laurent was very responsive and his staffs were really friendly.
The neighbourhood is peaceful & beautiful.
The house is exactly like that of the picture with an amazing pool and sitting area.
Recommend the place to anyone looking for a private getaway where one can feel like home away from home.

If i could give six stars i’d do that too. Very wel equipped apartment. Quiet, enough space, nice bathroom, excellent kitchen, good TV. Host is very helpful and it was great that he managed to rent a scooter for us (as that is the most convenient way to get to see the island). I would certainly rent again if you come back to Koh Samui.

I really enjoyed living in this house. the house is perfectly clean, good bed linen and towels. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. The owner answers questions very quickly and helps with any question. The only negative is that there are no curtains in the living room. and in the evening, when it is dark outside, there is no sense of privacy, as the window faces the street. It feels like you are in an aquarium.

Laurent was a very nice host. He arranged our arrival and departure and helped us with an additional requests. He was available at any time. When we arrived to the villa he immediately rented us a scooter. Our villa was very beautiful and clean.

The place was very clean and stylish. Laurent was very nice, he even came to introduce himself. This is a great place to stay.

距离查文的市区打车5分钟;下山10分钟的街道两边就有很多小吃店,除了海鲜大餐其他的都能买到;红毛丹山竹都只要50株1kg,吃到爽

There is a shuttle service, the landlord replied promptly when there was a problem, and the local service staff Mr. Lex’s service was very warm and friendly, which was a great living experience.

Tout est parfait. Super belle villa. Magnifique piscine. 2 belles chambres, cuisine équipée. Lac de chaweng et plage très proche en vélo/scooter. Laurent est adorable et disponible. Je recommande ce logement à 100%, j’ai prolongé mon séjour.

My stay at Laurent’s place was excellent. Laurent is a great host and was very accommodating from start to finish. His place is cozy, convenient, and comfortable. It has all the appliances you need and then some. The location is nice as it’s not too close or too far from the main areas. Overall, I had a great stay and would book again.
