Great place to stay and close to the Chaweng Beach nightlife. The condo is nice and spacious and in a quiet area. Looks like the pictures.

I rented a car but I think a scooter would have been the better choice because of traffic. Car was nice though, no issues.

The only thing to keep in mind is that at night your neighbors can see inside due to no blinds. That also means the sun cannot be blocked in the morning.

It did feel awkward knowing anyone could see inside at night. Additionally, no microwave, at least during my stay.

I would stay again, the host is great and very responsive. Arranged my transport from the airport and back flawlessly.

Laurent was a great host and always helped us with any question we had. The studio is very modern, stylish and has everything you need for a comfortable quarantine home 😉

het zwembad was een ideale verfrissing wanneer ons zoontje zijn middagdutje deed.
Het is rustig gelegen en met enkele minuten rijden stond je in de “stad” en had je heel wat eetgelegenheden.
Het huisje had alles wat we nodig hadden!
Wees bereid om wel wat te betalen voor stroom, zeker bij intensief airco gebruik. Bij ons betekende dat +- 70 euro voor een week.
Wij hebben er zeker van genoten!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Laurent hat sich um alles gekümmert. Er organisierte uns Scooters die gebracht und wieder abgeholt wurden + organisiert uns Taxi die uns am Pier abholten und wieder dort hin fuhr. Seine Villa ist im Top zustand und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Vielen Dank Laurent!

We had a great stay at Laurent’s place, he was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off during check in and check out. The property was spacious and well located. Laurent provided tea, coffee, towels, toiletries and a rental vehicle for us during our stay. The bed was comfy and the TV had Netflix which we enjoyed. We would recommend this property, especially for couples!

A very nice villa in the central area of the island. The swimming pool, staff, amenities were wonderful! Communication with the host was also good.
The location (very subjective opinion) is not good, there are better places you can go to when visiting Samui.

16 of us stayed at this beautiful villa and all of us were extremely happy. It is not often that you can please an entire group of people but this was achieved. With 8 bed rooms and 8 bathrooms plus the spacious living room and common areas, all 16 of us could always be comfortable together.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, anything we needed from speakers to blowing up all of our pool floats, to booking speed boats was handled with speed and care.

We would totally recommend this place to anyone, whether you are a family or a large group of friends this villa offers you a lovely chance to relax, bbq, swim or party!

Perfect villa for our first Christmas abroad…

We really enjoyed our stay at Laurent’s villa, it was comfortable and extremely homely (exactly what we wanted for the Christmas period). Laurent kindly arranged a Christmas tree for us and decorations which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay he was available for constant communication and we had a taxi service available whenever required. The pool in the villa is cleaned daily and a perfect size to relax and enjoy.

The only issue we faced was on arrival the villa did not appear to be well cleaned in the kitchen and lounge area. When we informed Laurent he was very responsive to our concern and the cleaners were sent the next morning to clean these areas. All other rooms were clean and we are aware this could have been a one off but for future reference staff maybe to check prior to guests arrival.

Would recommend this villa and would stay again, thank you to Laurent and his team for making us feel at home during our holiday.

If you are in koh samui don’t look anywhere else. They got all kind of facility for all types of people. Couples or group of friends. And the price reasonably good .

Laurent was a great host. Place was lovely and the pool was cleaned everyday which was great. Room were big and beds were comfortable. The place had a good mixture of peaceful settings but near restaurants/bars etc. Laurent was amazing and super helpful. Very responsive and helped us organise activities we wanted to do.

Very great host and stylish home.
Scooters were a blast.

Only negatives was that there was a little bit of noise coming from up stairs each night and the shower goes cold when you change the temperature.

Great stay at the Villa, needed an accommodation last second due to ferry cancelations and Laurent was able to accommodate same day. Met us for check-in and even gave us a ride to the airport on our departure. Rented one of his scooters for a few days too.

One of the best AirBnb experiences I’ve ever had. Great communication. The airport pickup went flawlessly. Laurent and team know high end hospitality, know the island well, and have excellent local connections. All of their recommendations were spot on from restaurants, to bars, to tours, to tips for finding the closest parking to the beaches. They even called their usual rental car operator directly and convinced her to open up shop on a Sunday so I could get a car. The property is at the top of a hill at the end of a semi private drive. Quiet at night. Quick five minute drive to Chaweng. I’d recommend getting a car or scooter, but we didn’t have any trouble getting a Grab. The place looks brand new. Tastefully appointed. Comfortable. Its actually bigger than the pictures make it look. Kitchen is stocked with your first morning’s breakfast. Theres a 5 gallon watercooler thats not mentioned in the description thats a great touch. Great bed. Cold AC. Fast Wi-Fi. Book with confidence if it’s available.

Absolutely gorgeous place and Laurent was really helpful with everything around the place. Highly recomend this place!

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in KHAMIN villa. What we loved:

– Helpful owner and all staff – in case of anything they were always around and willing to assist.
– POOL and terrace!! Amazing to chill when you stay at home.
– We stayed with 2 kids (including a baby) – baby cot & chair were provided.
– ACs in all rooms.
– Neighbourhood is private and calm.
– Location is convenient – 7 mins (with a car) to Chaweng & Boput beaches.
– Car parking was available near property.
– Kitchen fully equipped, washing machine.

Overall an excellent stay at Lemongrass Villa. The villa and everything inside is brand new. Everything works perfectly and the whole place is spotless, probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in, which is amazing considering how big the place is. The villa has big bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a huge kitchen which is a pleasure to cook in, a gorgeous pool and outdoor garden area / terrace. A group of 15 people could easily stay here and it still feels spacious. Special mention for one of the largest televisions I have ever seen, it’s like being in your own private movie theater, awesome!
Laurent arranged for us a free airport pick up for my group 🙂 and the villa is around 5 min drive from Chaweng beach, super convenient for us.

Laurent was a very nice host. He arranged our arrival and departure and helped us with an additional requests. He was available at any time. When we arrived to the villa he immediately rented us a scooter. Our villa was very beautiful and clean.

Das Apartment von Laurent ist super gelegen 5-10 min zum Chaweng Beach, 7/11, Nightmarket und viele weitere Restaurants und Streetfood sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Ebenfalls bietet er eine Roller Verleih an was super praktisch ist somit verliert man keine unnötige Zeit.
Laurent hat den Status Superhost wirklich verdient er war stets hilfsbereit und hat mir das ein oder andere mal bei Problemen geholfen.

Wir (Familie mit Teenager) waren für 7 Nächte in der Khamin Pool Villa und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt etwas oberhalb in einer relativ ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben zwei Motorräder gemietet bei Laurent, welche schon bereit standen als wir ankamen.
Check-in, Abholung und Kommunikation verlief alles reibungslos. Laurent gibt sehr schnell Antwort über (Hidden by Airbnb) .
Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet, mit Bügeleisen, Reiskocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, etc. es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch Frottétücher sind genügend vorhanden.
Der eigene Pool sit natürlich das Beste.
Der Pool wie auch die Terrasse werden gereinigt während dem Aufenthalt. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Laurent ist ein super Gastgeber.

Daniel and Laurent were amazing. Very responsive. The place is located in a more private area and because the island is fairly small, it was easy to get around. They had scooters to rent which was amazing and overall great stay! Would book with them again.

Laurent was perhaps the most helpful host we’ve ever had. He helped set up tours for us, gave us local tips, and had a scooter waiting for us when we arrived (at our request). He also arranged transportation to and from the resort, for a fee. Communication was fast and easy, and he even provided us with a detailed pdf that had basically everything we needed to know.

The place itself is large, beautiful, and clean. Comes with a washer/dryer which is awesome. Also comes with Netflix on the huge TV.

Beware that the resort is located on a fairly steep hill, so if you use a scooter you should be very comfortable with it. Otherwise I would recommend renting a car to get around.

Cant wait to go back!
