Lemongrass was amazing – highly recommend to anyone visiting with a big group. The home is even bigger than in the pictures and was very comfortable for our group of 15. Laurent and his staff were extremely helpful and communication was easy. I recommend getting the private catered dinner as well – it made coming in the first night a no brainer.

We had a great stay at Laurent’s place, he was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off during check in and check out. The property was spacious and well located. Laurent provided tea, coffee, towels, toiletries and a rental vehicle for us during our stay. The bed was comfy and the TV had Netflix which we enjoyed. We would recommend this property, especially for couples!

Loved my stay at Khamin Pool Villa.
Laurent was very responsive and his staffs were really friendly.
The neighbourhood is peaceful & beautiful.
The house is exactly like that of the picture with an amazing pool and sitting area.

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in KHAMIN villa. What we loved:

– Helpful owner and all staff – in case of anything they were always around and willing to assist.
– POOL and terrace!! Amazing to chill when you stay at home.
– We stayed with 2 kids (including a baby) – baby cot & chair were provided.
– ACs in all rooms.
– Neighbourhood is private and calm.
– Location is convenient – 7 mins (with a car) to Chaweng & Boput beaches.
– Car parking was available near property.
– Kitchen fully equipped, washing machine.

Such a beautiful and serene villa. Close to the markets …. Airport . Easy approach.
The villa is very well kept and very clean. Will definitely make your stay worth every penny.

It was a perfect stay for us. Beautiful house, perfect location for having a personal vehicle and lovely host! If you are looking for a long stay in Samui, this place is perfect!

There is a shuttle service, the landlord replied promptly when there was a problem, and the local service staff Mr. Lex’s service was very warm and friendly, which was a great living experience.

I’ve been to Samui a lot and I’ve usually stayed near the coast.

I decided I needed privacy and you can’t get much better than this.

The place is spotless and the pool is so convenient for me.

I needed the place to myself and that’s exactly what I got.

The cleaners are almost invisible unless you’re by the pool at 7am.

I wasn’t so I only saw them through the window a few times but it’s not intrusive.

The owner Laurent was faultless for any request I had and Lek the driver will take you anywhere for a couple hundred Baht. First pick up from airport was free 😎

The only downside. For food or drinks it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest 7/11 and market.

Maybe I’m getting old but and it’s very hot in Thailand right now, but it’s a trek back up the hill.

If you hire a bike which they will provide it’s much easier, but if you’re drinking alcohol that’s not a good idea.

I would stay again if I came again but it’s my last time in Samui.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa. The location is perfect; it’s close to the convenience stores, restaurants, gyms, Central Samui, and the beach! In addition, Laurent is very friendly and accommodating. He responds to our inquiry/request straight away. We can’t recommend the place enough. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning villas for extended family of 14. Really appreciated the multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas and the ample sized pool.
Laurent is a very receptive and accommodating host, organising multiple airport pickups and different check in times.
Manager Kiw and his team were great, always smiling and very helpful, especially with booking transport (even on New Years Eve so we could watch fireworks on the beach). We had all our meals cooked for us – fresh produce, Thai food – couldn’t have asked for more. Freshly baked croissants for breakfast was a very nice touch too.
Location worked well for us – we liked being away from the crowded areas of Koh Samui.
Highly recommend.

Laurent is a very responsible person, been touching with him since last year! Very quick response and confirmed everything on the spot! We had 13 ppl came to stay few nights, Kiw the manager was also very helpful! As my family don’t speak any English or Thai, he helped arrange the transportations for airport;shopping etc, good value of stay with high quality services ! If you have large group visit Koh Samui, highly recommended!

Only negatives was that there was a little bit of noise coming from up stairs each night and the shower goes cold when you change the temperature.

Overall an excellent stay at Lemongrass Villa. The villa and everything inside is brand new. Everything works perfectly and the whole place is spotless, probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in, which is amazing considering how big the place is. The villa has big bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a huge kitchen which is a pleasure to cook in, a gorgeous pool and outdoor garden area / terrace. A group of 15 people could easily stay here and it still feels spacious. Special mention for one of the largest televisions I have ever seen, it’s like being in your own private movie theater, awesome!
Laurent arranged for us a free airport pick up for my group 🙂 and the villa is around 5 min drive from Chaweng beach, super convenient for us.

Beautiful 2-bedroom villa – Barely left. Pool is wonderful and cleaned daily. Comfortable interior and full kitchen. Offers scooter rental. Communication with Laurent was smooth and easy. Located about 10-15 min scooter ride from beaches, cafes. Extra charges for excessive electricity use. Can be a bit noisy at night with club nearby.

Amazing place and view! Perfect to chill with friends or couple in a big spacious villa. We loved our time there.

Две недели провели с супругом в гостях у Лаурента. Хозяин очень внимательный, очень быстро решал возникающие вопросы. Для комфортного пребывания в апартаментах потребуется байк или автомобиль, т.к. жильё находится в отдалении от всех активностей, но это плюс, есть возможность выспаться.
В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
В целом, жильё рекомендуем.

A very nice villa in the central area of the island. The swimming pool, staff, amenities were wonderful! Communication with the host was also good.
The location (very subjective opinion) is not good, there are better places you can go to when visiting Samui.

Laurent’s villa was perfect!

Check in was easy and he personally met us. The free trip from the airport to the villa was awesome. Driver was there to meet us and get us home quickly.

The Villa was really clean. Lots of personal touches to make the stay comfortable. The bathroom was really clean, linens were fresh and smelled like laundry soap. We really loved having a pool!

The location of the villa is really peaceful and calm. After a couple of days there, we learned our way around the island. This villa is minutes from Chaweng Market and Beach and a couple minutes from Talat Si Khao.

Laurent was very responsive. The staff he has are very polite and professional. We can’t wait to make our way back! Thank you Laurent!
