Very great host and stylish home.
Scooters were a blast.

Only negatives was that there was a little bit of noise coming from up stairs each night and the shower goes cold when you change the temperature.
All in all great stay

Had a very pleasant stay. The host was very warm and helpful. He gave good local recommendation and was very prompt in whenever we reached out to him.
The villa was very classy and beautiful. The only issue was the bathroom of the master bedroom does not have a door. Rest was amazing.

该套房子靠近苏梅岛查汶海滩,大概车程为10分钟以内,如果有车倒还方便,房子很大,两套别墅,每套有4间房,我们一行3家,足够用了｡别墅内没有洗衣机,如果要求机洗要收费,这给人感觉不太好｡另外之前有人评价厕所下水道有味道的问题确实存在,有的房间好些,但有的房间确实很明显,希望房东能整改｡总的来说,一切都还好,性价比也还算高,适合一堆群人去自驾游｡

The villa is centrally located and was clean on arrival. Laurent had arranged for me to be picked up neatly from the airport and he was able to answer all my questions and was able to guide me well. I definitely recommend the villa in combination with Laurent to everyone. Thanks Laurent!

Laurent was checking me in by himself and walk me through the house (even I arrived quite late). His place is really nice and exactly as you see in the pictures. The bed is so comfy and all amenity is five star also the place is new. I will come back for a long stay.

Bike or car needed, its located on the hill between Chaweng and Bophut beaches.

The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, well equipped and perfectly located. The WiFi and entertainment package were great. Laurent went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay in Koh Samui. He was gracious, friendly, lightening fast in his communications with us and an extremely helpful host. Excellent place for a nice getaway from the busy city life. The Villa was really nice and was true to description. Laurent, the host, responded very quickly and gave us multiple options to get around the island.

My friend and I were having a very great time in Samui, and Laurent’s stay is a big part of it! We got our scooter when we arrived and the apartment was amazing. Although the location of the stay is not right in front of the beach, and even on a quite steep hill, needed a scooter to travel around is definitely a more authentic experience on the island. (Laurent also offered us shuttles any time we need, but we were just so obsessed with the scooter.)
All we asked for got replied quickly. Overall a memorable and impressive Airbnb experience.

Thank you we all love the villa!!! The villa was amazing clean and beautiful! Just like the website! Would come back to visit again! But on this trip due to a building site next door, the loud nose started at 9am until 7pm ever day. So that was a disappointment, laying next to the pool with ppl building, some of us couldn’t sleep in or rest. Beside that, amazing villa and host!

Schöne Unterkunft! Einkaufszentrum & Strand sehr gut, sehr schnell mit dem Roller zu erreichen.

Nur die Küche hätte unserer Meinung nach sauberer sein können.

Das Apartment von Laurent ist super gelegen 5-10 min zum Chaweng Beach, 7/11, Nightmarket und viele weitere Restaurants und Streetfood sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Ebenfalls bietet er eine Roller Verleih an was super praktisch ist somit verliert man keine unnötige Zeit.
Laurent hat den Status Superhost wirklich verdient er war stets hilfsbereit und hat mir das ein oder andere mal bei Problemen geholfen.

不能更好的房源!相当漂亮,图片即所见,而且第一天入住就留了很多食物,我们都吃不完,房间设施应有尽有,一切能想到的都有提供,泳池很赞,全家都很满意

Beautiful spacious home and great accommodations. Would recommend.

A very nice villa in the central area of the island. The swimming pool, staff, amenities were wonderful! Communication with the host was also good.
The location (very subjective opinion) is not good, there are better places you can go to when visiting Samui.
