Propriété très agréable dans un quartier calme et en hauteur, adapter aux familles. Les employés ont été très serviables et joignables à tout moments. Logement moderne, salles de bains grandes et pratique, et une déco très épurée.

We couldn’t fault our stay, nothing was to big or to small for Laurent and his team. We had to arrive a day later and Laurent happily arranged our changes, organised us transfers to the ferry port and arranged a scooter for us for our stay. A lovely touch was one of the villas not in use had an amazing private pool which he was more than happy for us to use, his team were all very friendly whenever we met them. All this and a very reasonable price for the stay, perfectly paced in a quiet part of Koh Samui but close enough to visit Maenam or Chaweng beaches. Thank you again Laurent! We hope to visit again in the future.

Had a very pleasant stay. The host was very warm and helpful. He gave good local recommendation and was very prompt in whenever we reached out to him.
The villa was very classy and beautiful. The only issue was the bathroom of the master bedroom does not have a door. Rest was amazing.

Laurent is a great host! Super responsive, and communicative. He organised our scooter and a marine park boat trip quickly and efficiently. His workers are around the villas and they are very friendly and helpful.

Things we love,
1. It is very spacious! Large bed, many room for luggages, big sofas to chill on and watch TV. Massive bathroom.
2. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t cook but it is nice to know option is there.
3. Lovely peaceful street. Surrounding is very clean and gardens are well taken cared of, thanks to his workers.

A couple of things we didn’t like so much.
1. The semi-see through mesh curtains. While they are fantastic in letting the light in, we felt a bit lack of privacy and also we are sensitive sleepers, so the light outside, as well as day light did affect our sleep a little.
2. A baby snake sneaked in the bathroom one night. Don’t know how it got in. Maybe from the window we left open. I scooped it up and shoved it into bush nearby.

Laurent was very helpful throughout our stay in the airbnb. Would recommend the listing for a relaxing and undisturbed stay in Samui.

The apartment is located in a nice central area, close to restaurants and the night market, also a couple of big grocery stores in the neighborhood. The apartment itself is clean, looks modern and has everything you need for a stay on the island. Laurent provides excellent service, motorbike was already waiting for me at the apartment when I arrived. I had a nice stay there, and enjoyed the island, would definitely recommend!

Wir (Familie mit Teenager) waren für 7 Nächte in der Khamin Pool Villa und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt etwas oberhalb in einer relativ ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben zwei Motorräder gemietet bei Laurent, welche schon bereit standen als wir ankamen.
Check-in, Abholung und Kommunikation verlief alles reibungslos. Laurent gibt sehr schnell Antwort über (Hidden by Airbnb) .
Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet, mit Bügeleisen, Reiskocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, etc. es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch Frottétücher sind genügend vorhanden.
Der eigene Pool sit natürlich das Beste.
Der Pool wie auch die Terrasse werden gereinigt während dem Aufenthalt. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Laurent ist ein super Gastgeber.

Great location – Everything around you and at the same time away from any noise. Clean and very handy to have a dishwasher if you like to cook. The pool was perfect for cooling off but not long enough for swimming laps. To note: The outside decking/pool area is over looked by the property next door. There are see through curtains in the livingroom. In the evenings it felt like we were being watched at times and lastly, would be great if you could put something to block that gap between the window and frame of the house (living room windows) to stop bugs or smoke (burning next door one evening) from coming in. These were minor issues as majority of the time it was not a problem. Host and the staff who look after the place were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also, parking was not an issue (plenty of spaces nearby). Overall, great stay, so thanks again Laurent!

Unterkunft ist zentral und durch den Shuttle auch einfach zu finden.
Im Badezimmer könnte das Airbnb noch etwas sauberer sein. Sonst alles gut.

La propriété est magnifique. La déco des 2 villas est impeccable, un spécial plus pour la piscine. On a passé mes amis et moi un très agréable séjour. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et disponible à tout moment. Je la recommande vivement.

Our stay was exceptional! The house was wonderful- very clean, great pool, and welcoming host. They provided coffee, eggs, milk, and bread too! They have a driver and tours available if you are interested. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Samui!

Laurent’s place was exactly like the pictures. He was there to greet, walked us through the house, and came to say goodbye in the early morning on our check out date. The place was very clean and good value for money. Apart from a fridge and a nice stove with oven, he provided a dishwasher, washing machine, a smart TV with Netflix, and an awesome sound Marshall speaker. Also, there were many parking spaces available. Our one week stay was enjoyable. The only small issue was the footstep noise from the upper room. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. 16 of us stayed at this beautiful villa and all of us were extremely happy. It is not often that you can please an entire group of people but this was achieved. With 8 bed rooms and 8 bathrooms plus the spacious living room and common areas, all 16 of us could always be comfortable together.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, anything we needed from speakers to blowing up all of our pool floats, to booking speed boats was handled with speed and care.

We would totally recommend this place to anyone, whether you are a family or a large group of friends this villa offers you a lovely chance to relax, bbq, swim or party!

We stayed at Laurent’s place for a month & it’s was superb. It felt like it was our own home and we now are seriously gutted we had to leave! Everything is private and your own space, the pool even gets cleaned which is a bonus. The property is overlooked from all angles but it didn’t bother us. We made some incredible memories here and cannot recommend it enough!
We had a scooter for the month which was supplied for us, it’s the best way to explore the island and gives you freedom to come and go as you please.

Had a nice stay at Laurent’s place. Nice and close to everything central, and the neighbourhood was fairly quiet. Well equipped , and felt clean. Laurent was very helpful with all aspects of the stay.

Few things to note would be the sheer curtains, they’re see through – so people next door and on the street can see in.. a little unsettling. The hot water also didn’t seem to work very well, and the cooktop was very slow… so a bit hard to cook a meal. Had a few cockroaches on the first night, but set some traps and didn’t have an issue after that.

All in all, it was a nice place to stay which was close to everything , and felt safe.

Nous avons séjourné 12 jours dans les villas. Nous étions avec des amis et avons occupé une villa par famille. Les villas sont magnifiques, décorées avec goût et très fonctionnelles. L’emplacement Est parfait car il permet de découvrir l’île facilement en scooter ou en voiture.
Les enfants ont adoré la belle piscine et le jacuzzi.
Laurent est très réactif, attentif à nos attentes et très facilement joignable !

Alles Top, sauberes Zimmer und top Service. Die Lage könnte jedoch rinbischen zentraler sein, sonst top!

Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft genau wie im Inserat abgebildet. Laurent ist immer erreichbar und hat uns einen Fahrer für die Abholung vom Flughafen und einen Roller organisiert. Unterkunft bietet alles was man so braucht.
Einziges Manko, ein Streunerhund hielt sich sehr oft bei uns in der Villa auf, was nicht sehr angenehm ist, wenn man etwas Angst vor Hunden hat.
