Laurent’s villa was perfect!

Check in was easy and he personally met us. The free trip from the airport to the villa was awesome. Driver was there to meet us and get us home quickly.

The Villa was really clean. Lots of personal touches to make the stay comfortable. The bathroom was really clean, linens were fresh and smelled like laundry soap. We really loved having a pool!

The location of the villa is really peaceful and calm. After a couple of days there, we learned our way around the island. This villa is minutes from Chaweng Market and Beach and a couple minutes from Talat Si Khao.

Laurent was very responsive. The staff he has are very polite and professional. We can’t wait to make our way back! Thank you Laurent!

The villa looks excatly like on the pictures! Laurent is a super good Host, he organized scooters for us gave us good advise and tips for Ko Samui and was always super fast in answering! thanks Laurent for the nice stay!

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in KHAMIN villa. What we loved:

– Helpful owner and all staff – in case of anything they were always around and willing to assist.
– POOL and terrace!! Amazing to chill when you stay at home.
– We stayed with 2 kids (including a baby) – baby cot & chair were provided.
– ACs in all rooms.
– Neighbourhood is private and calm.
– Location is convenient – 7 mins (with a car) to Chaweng & Boput beaches.
– Car parking was available near property.
– Kitchen fully equipped, washing machine.

该套房子靠近苏梅岛查汶海滩,大概车程为10分钟以内,如果有车倒还方便,房子很大,两套别墅,每套有4间房,我们一行3家,足够用了｡别墅内没有洗衣机,如果要求机洗要收费,这给人感觉不太好｡另外之前有人评价厕所下水道有味道的问题确实存在,有的房间好些,但有的房间确实很明显,希望房东能整改｡总的来说,一切都还好,性价比也还算高,适合一堆群人去自驾游｡

Excellent séjour passé dans ce logement. Le studio est superbe et très bien placé. Laurent est un hôte à l’écoute, réactif et très gentil. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement

Две недели провели с супругом в гостях у Лаурента. Хозяин очень внимательный, очень быстро решал возникающие вопросы. Для комфортного пребывания в апартаментах потребуется байк или автомобиль, т.к. жильё находится в отдалении от всех активностей, но это плюс, есть возможность выспаться.
В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
В целом, жильё рекомендуем.

Beautiful 2-bedroom villa – Barely left. Pool is wonderful and cleaned daily. Comfortable interior and full kitchen. Offers scooter rental. Communication with Laurent was smooth and easy. Located about 10-15 min scooter ride from beaches, cafes. Extra charges for excessive electricity use. Can be a bit noisy at night with club nearby.

Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft genau wie im Inserat abgebildet. Laurent ist immer erreichbar und hat uns einen Fahrer für die Abholung vom Flughafen und einen Roller organisiert. Unterkunft bietet alles was man so braucht.
Einziges Manko, ein Streunerhund hielt sich sehr oft bei uns in der Villa auf, was nicht sehr angenehm ist, wenn man etwas Angst vor Hunden hat.

Stunning villa with a 5 min scooter ride to the beach. Laurent is very helpful with renting scooter, arranging day trips and helping us navigate the island. Offered us a later check out and overall him and his staff were amazing.
Set down a private road, it is so peaceful at night and during the day.
Highly recommend staying here

The living room amazing and you have multiple places to sit and chill at . But it was sad that we had problems with the room locks and the pool was not prepared when we showed up which made us not able to use the pool for the first 2 days until they cleaned it.

Even with those little cons , Laurent is an amazing guy !!! He was really helpful all the way and we actually felt like were at home . Would i book the same villa if i ever went back ? YES ! Just because how cool Laurent was and the villa itself .

Specially for big groups ( 10+) , i would recommend the place so much .

高性价比，就是如果没有交通工具，比如摩托，开车，会有一点不方便，总体不错，就是墙壁上渗水，防水似乎有点问题，

A very nice villa in the central area of the island. The swimming pool, staff, amenities were wonderful! Communication with the host was also good.
The location (very subjective opinion) is not good, there are better places you can go to when visiting Samui.

very clean nice and cozy. the place is located in a very good location!

Laurent was checking me in by himself and walk me through the house (even I arrived quite late). His place is really nice and exactly as you see in the pictures. The bed is so comfy and all amenity is five star also the place is new. I will come back for a long stay.

we hebben genoten van een weekje in de khamin villa.
het zwembad was een ideale verfrissing wanneer ons zoontje zijn middagdutje deed.
Het is rustig gelegen en met enkele minuten rijden stond je in de “stad” en had je heel wat eetgelegenheden.
Het huisje had alles wat we nodig hadden!
Wees bereid om wel wat te betalen voor stroom, zeker bij intensief airco gebruik. Bij ons betekende dat +- 70 euro voor een week.
Wij hebben er zeker van genoten!

小别墅的设计非常现代化且有品位,烤箱洗碗机锅碗瓢盆一应俱全,连咖啡机和磨咖啡豆的机器也都有,且有免费大桶即时出冰水的饮水机｡

对了,床品竟然是亚麻的,可见品质了｡

Laurent人非常好,热情但从不打扰你,只会在你需要帮助的时候出现｡我们原本当天中午应该退房,但是飞机在晚上,而且当天下大雨,Laurent让我们安心在房内多住了一下午,还帮忙叫了去机场的出租车,价格也比外面的便宜｡

总之,全五星推荐Laurent的所有住宅,都特别有品位｡

The place is as per the pictures and Laurent is an amazing host who is always responsive and helps out with everything.

The location is peaceful with no hustle and is 8 mins by a two wheeler to Chaweng beach road.

Overall a very happy experience.

Laurent is a very responsible person, been touching with him since last year! Very quick response and confirmed everything on the spot! We had 13 ppl came to stay few nights, Kiw the manager was also very helpful! As my family don’t speak any English or Thai, he helped arrange the transportations for airport;shopping etc, good value of stay with high quality services ! If you have large group visit Koh Samui, highly recommended!

Wir (Familie mit Teenager) waren für 7 Nächte in der Khamin Pool Villa und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt etwas oberhalb in einer relativ ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben zwei Motorräder gemietet bei Laurent, welche schon bereit standen als wir ankamen.
Check-in, Abholung und Kommunikation verlief alles reibungslos. Laurent gibt sehr schnell Antwort über (Hidden by Airbnb) .
Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet, mit Bügeleisen, Reiskocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, etc. es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch Frottétücher sind genügend vorhanden.
Der eigene Pool sit natürlich das Beste.
Der Pool wie auch die Terrasse werden gereinigt während dem Aufenthalt. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Laurent ist ein super Gastgeber.

If i could give six stars i’d do that too. Very wel equipped apartment. Quiet, enough space, nice bathroom, excellent kitchen, good TV. Host is very helpful and it was great that he managed to rent a scooter for us (as that is the most convenient way to get to see the island). I would certainly rent again if you come back to Koh Samui.

Nice villa in one word. Especially for some big group to stay. We are having wedding in samui. We have in total 12people. The big garden, nice swimming pool, useful and wonderful. Meanwhile, two big room is very useful when you have like more than 10 people to stay. Inside of villa, everything is new and nice. Plus, great decoration, world-class! Despite of some small issue when storm hits the island, this is the place i recommend you to choice.
